agent error oracle 11g r2???

11gR2 has two users to access the database:
GRID = ASM to access the storage location of the files of the database.
Accessing = ORACLE database.

It would appear that you might have some hardware issues

Check that the disk is online 

If not bring it online and shutdown and restart oracle

if the the disk is online then look at the SysLog  for operating system reasons for oracles inability to read the disk or control file.

I have no hardware problems, all ok.
That could be affecting my confguration of BE2012???

What is the OS that the Oracle is loaded on?  Check the SCL to make sure that it is supported.
