  • 1.  Agent not changed the time

    Hi

    I have .one of the client agent showing that it is registered with notification server 7 but it doesnt change its time interval.......and the time i gave on NS7 is 1hour and 1 day for configuration and basic inventory respectively.........also i updated the agent by repeatedily for time.......bt still it is not changing.....

    what could be the problm?

    Look in the Altiris logs on the client, C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Logs (by default). You should see some severity 1 errors is there are communication issues.
