AIM Error with IM Manager - Your buddy list, expressions and some settings are temporarily unavailable.

Hello,
Since implementing Symantec IM Manager, some users are seeing the following error message upon logon to AIM: Your buddy list, expressions and some settings are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
We had them try logging into another computer with the same result so it does seem to "follow" the user. BTW, this did not happen occur prior to implementing IM Manager.
Has anyone seen this before?

It sounds like you may be seeing this issue:

Though the symptoms for the latest AIM clients may be different from the older 6.x clients that the KB was orginially documented with.
Do the end users see the same symptoms as whats outline in this KB? Namely, being able to send/recieve messages but get that error messages and can't change some of the emoticons/icons/etc..
