    Guys,

    How to create a pop-up on the end user screen to alert user's that they have printed confidential information in DLP 11.6

    How can i configure this policy.

    Hello Prince89,

    Please create a response rule then associate to the Policy that created the incident.

    The Response rule will be configured as the following:

    1.     Automated Response Rule

    2.     Condition: Protocol Endpoint Monitoring: Endpoint Printer Fax

    3.     Response: Endpoint Prevent: NOTIFY

    4.     The customize the content of the pop-up

    Then add this response rule to the Policy you want it to be associated to,
