    Hello,

    Go to Menu opition Settings>All Settings

    In Notification Server>Notification Server Configuration.

    In Email tab verify if the configuration is correctly. If yes input your email in To: and try a test.

    Siva is right about to set a SMTP settings for NS server, to make possible to receive email notifications.

    Also there are pre-defined Automation Policies, which can be enabled and you will be able to receive appropriate notifications. Or create own custom automation policies.
