  • 1.  Alerts problem

    Hello everybody, I am trying to setup BLOCK Alerts in different languages however I am not succeeding doing it. I created different languages in response rules but the alerts keep showing only in English when the machine is in different language. English is the first and default language. Can not identify wher e the issue is. Currently in use of 12.5 Vontu environmt. Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

     

    You need to make sure that the “System Locale” language under “Region and Language” setting is correctly configured in the machine. This is the setting that will trigger the response rule language alerts (12.5 version).

    In the new Symantec DLP version 14, is the” Display Language” setting that will control the language of the response rules.
