    hi 

    i m faceing an issue that suddenly all of my clients are showing offline and non of them is getting updates from the sepm . i tried to run sylink drop and replacer but still the issue is same. kindly need help. i am uiing SEPM 11.0.6

    did you reinstall SEPM? or run management server configuration wizard?

    is the SEPM services up?

    no i havent . yes the sepm services are still up

    Restart he SEPM Service.

    restarted the service bute still the same issue.

    can you check the windows firewall on your SEPM and on your clients.

    whats the result of this test

    and also confirm that in your IIS the port 8014 or something else? this port should match the port in Sylink.xml

    you can open the sylink in a wordpad and check the port after the server name.

    Hi, Please reboot the sepm and check. Would suggests you to upgrade your sepm with latest version.

    Are all the clients suddenly going offline and then gradually coming online or they just staying offline?

    Hi,

    This is known issue. You need to upgrade SEPM.

    ok guyz the issue is resolved.  well the clients were showing ofline and were remained offline. i restarted the service and updated the LU through SEPM and slowly slowly all the clients started to come online thnx alot guyz really appriciate your help :)

    Hi,

    SEP 11.0.6 is very old version. It was released in April'2010

    You need to upgrade to the latest version.
