  • 1.  All Contacts Not Syncing from Exchange to Marshmallow (GS7 Edge)

    Hi there,

    I've been a longtime Touchdown user as it's been the best Exchange app out there.  Unfortunately, with the changes to Android's Marshmallow OS, I was missing certain features (long-hold on window key for additional menu, etc.), so I was forced to migrate to Touchdown HD for my new Samsung GD7 Edge.  TD HD seems to have less customization (navigate menu within emails, delete button now on top (super annoying on a big screen) among other things, but I'm making due.

    That said, while the phone pulled all of my contacts from Exchange perfectly on the GS7 when I was using "normal" Touchdown, but on Touchdown HD, it's pulling in dribs and drabs.  I've needed to force sync 4 times so far and ensure the screen doesn't go black in order for the syncing to continue.

    Is anyone having more luck initializing TD HD on a GS7 or aware of a fix for this?
