All Data entry done in Software Asset Management Suite Report Required

Hi ,

i am using NS 7.1 , Asset Management suite. My requirement is to generate report from Altiris  which shows all data entered while creating \ uploading software licenses produce .( i.e. FullSoftware license purchase or  Full Software license contract ).

The  report required  like this -

Contract Type Software Name Purchase Quantity Purchase vendor start Date End Date status approved Assigned User maintenance renewal cost support renewal cost license type Account Number Internal Reference Id Internal Contact Archive Number Cross Reference Comment

Please help me with solution.

If all that information is in the database, then yes you will be able to create a report from it.

Hello Vinayak,

You can use the following tables to create the report:

vCon_SoftwareLicensePurchases
Inv_Software_Purchase_Owners

Moreover, to get the list of the vendor there are some stored procedures which you can check :

spPMCore_GetVendors

spPMCore_GetAllVendors

spGetResourceList

which you can use and join the tables to get this report.
