    Hello All,

    Currently we have deploy new agent dlp, but they are not listed on the management console Enforce.

    Please how can i resolve this problem ?

    Can you check the firewall configuration on the Endpoint Server?

    And, on the other hand, the Endpoint Server will open the port 8000 for the agent to connect. So, you can try to telnet the 8000 port of the Endpoint Server. Make sure this 8000 port is open and can be connected.

    Are you using DLP 12.5?

    If so, remember that DLP Portal Page in Altiris 7.5 SP1 is no longer available, and the only way to do it is using the Software Management Solution from Altiris, or other SMS means.

    If deploying using SMS or locally, check the full command used for running the DLP agent. Have a look at the agent_install.bat that comes with the DLP agent. Run this command exactly and it'll work.
