All software packages showing "Disabled"
Created: 08 Sep 2011 | 4 comments
Need some help here: I am having a sudden issue where ALL the software packages being pushed to ALL clients are showing "Disabled". this just started yesterday and I've been banging my head against it for awhile now. I was about to call support but thought I'd check here first as I am at a loss.
This is on CMS 7.0, SP5, updated clients on WinXP32 bit SP3.

Where?
Are these showing up on the console, site server, on the clients somewhere? Screenshots would help.

Agreed, screenshots would be
Agreed, screenshots would be helpful, and samples from the agent logs as well. From your explanation it sounds like it might be a licensing issue. Run SIM and check the status of your Software Management Solution licenses. If the license count is exceeded or the license is expired then that would probably explain it.
If not that, then it might be quickest to just call into support and ask to be routed to the Software Mangement Solution team.

Ok, now it seems to be working normally again. Not really sure what happened there.
BTW, it was on the clients. On the software tab, I could highlight a policy, and the doubleclick on the Download package and on the package and task properties window "Last package status" was showing "Disabled" for every package on every client I checked.
I checked my licensing, looks good. Nothing showing "expired", all licenses installed, and none exceeded.
I'll keep an eye on it and if it happens again I'll post screenshots.
