We have firewall rule for IT Administrators which allows all traffic to workstation based remote MAC address. After we added couple of subnets to our network, admins haven't been able to connect to workstations located in new subnets. If firewall rule is created with IP address, everything works as they should. Also "old" subnets are working fine with MAC address.

    What am I missing?

Did you add those subnets to the rule?

Thank you for replies. Most likely the problem is in our network configuration. When I try to connect to a workstation located in affected subnet, SEP clients can only see our router's MAC - address, and therefore cannot allow the traffic.
