Allow Prompt to page user for Critical Issues

In our current helpdesk system when a user chooses a Critical Priority the user is allowed to choose to page the business owner. Has anyone ever set something up like this in Altiris? We have already created the notification full for this but certain groups require an option to also page.

We created a valadation rule to force a user to place Pager=yes in the comment when choosing Critical for each category type that needs a pager function
