This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hello, i am having an issue getting the "Allow Script in Shared Folders" to stay checked.  I am running outlook 2003 and have tried to set it trough outlook and with a registry key.  I have also forced it through EV admin console.
 
 
 
Any suggestions????

I'm having the exact same issue. I have tried setting it manually and using regedit but when Outlook restarts the setting has reverted to being unticked. I have removed my machine from all Group Policies and ran gpupdate so ti isn't a policy on my machine.

Outlook 2003 SP2 BTW

Any help?

Actually we pushed it out using the EV admin console and after a synchronization it has seemed to work for us.

Jane,

I would check to see you do not have a GPO removing it. If it keeps going away that would explain that. ;)
