allow USB Access on standalone computer

hi there,

on one of client computer usb access is restricted.

i want to enable usb access on that machine..

this machiine is not connected to the network..

how to enable usb in this case?

need help

Hi,

Do you have any group where USB device allow ?

If yes you can export policy and import this sep client.

Is this a managed SEP client? What are the setting of the Application and Device Control Policy on it?

i got that...

but in my case this computer is in remote side with no network connection....

HI,

If no Network Connectivity you can try to stop sep client service.

Send Policy by mail and import the policy.

or try to remove Network Thread Protection and check
