I have an Apache web server running on port 8080 on the same server that runs the Symantec Enterprise Protection Manager and want to allow external access to the web server. Ho do I achieve this?

The web server is being used to host a moodle site.

is that you want to access SEPM remote?

I dont see sepm using this port ; so there should not be any problem.

If you have Network Threat Protection installed you will need to create an allow rule for port 8080 incoming traffic.

    Hello,

I don't see a Reason, you would have an Issue Running Apache webserver with Port 8080 and SEPM running on the same machine.

Is SEP blocking this Port 8080?

If i understood right. This is more concerned with the firewall. Add an exception to your firewall.
