Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I am new to symantic and after installing it on our network (endpoint), a couple of pages will not display.  For instance epson.com, if I go to the australian or the europcome site it displayes and allows driver down loads but if I go to the epson.com it comes back with cannot load page.  Also, business.officedepot.com, same error, but regular officedepot.com comes through.

Any ideas?

Are you running Symantec Endpoint Protection? Have you checked your client logs to see if access to epson.com is being blocked by the client? Please tell me the exact Symantec product and version you are using, I can then put your post in the correct product forum for you.
