    Hello Dave...

     

     

    What version of our software are you getting the error in.  I only ask so I can provide you with the detailed explanation of the problem but I am guessing that your issue has been addressed here on these forums in the past.  This is an issue that Symantec is aware of and is largely cosmetic in nature.  However to be sure can you provide us with some details including a quote of the exact error you are recieving and what product version you are using.
