  • 1.  alphabetize contacts by first name

    When I enter a contact into touchdown it alphabetizes it by last name. How do i switch the to list by first name?

    Hi,

    I believe we worked with you in Touchdown support. Did changing the FileAs setting for the contact in Outlook and performing a manual sync help with this?

    Also,

    you can manage the sort order from within contacts list and simply select "Sort by" first name.

    At the bottom of the contacts screen there are six icons (buttons), the fifth one (three horizontal lines) is the Sort Order button.
