We installed the Altiris base agents with Inventory, Inventory for Servers and Software Metering plugins on our SCCM servers. SCCM broke with SQL errors and Windows Deployment Services(WSD) stopped working with wsd.dll errors. Also SCCM backups using VSSS stopped working. Our core SCCM servers are x64 Windows 2003 SP2 R2 with SQL installed locally. Our remote site SCCM servers are just deployment servers. It appears that SCCM uses WDS.dll x64 and Altiris uses the i386 version. Does anyone have any fixes or work around? We have about 6 core SCCM server with SQL loaded locally and about 60 deployment servers without SQL. After runnning the uninstall and repairing the SQL database SCCM and upgrade SQL to SP3 it is now working again. How can I get the Altiris agent and plguins on my SCCM server?
