I have just contracted with a new client who has a small business server 2008 with a VERY SMALL system drive.  The drive was configured with 60GB of space and after cleaning as much off of it as I could, we end up with 12.5GB of space.  They have no managed anti-virus/anti-spam protection.  We must install Small Business Endpoint Protection, but there is no room to store definitions and updates.  I've never had this situation before and need to know the best way to install on a server with so little room.  Is there an article out there that tells me how to store everything on an alternmate drive (there's over 400GB on the data drive in the server)?

Is this to install the SEPM or SEP client? If a SEPM, that it too small and you will need more drive space

Disk space management for Endpoint Protection Manager

If a client, that should be plenty of space.

Low disk space on a Symantec Endpoint Protection client

Error: "Low Disk Space" on computers running Endpoint Protection

It is SEPM.  So is there no way to transfer the definitions to an alternate drive so this can work? Or, is there another product besides Small business that will work?
