Recently upgraded from 6.9 SP1 to SP3. All jobs are working ok, all our VM Server deployments work perfectly, but I am having issues deploying the Physical server jobs. Specifically HP DL360 G7's. The pxe boot process works and boots to loading the nic drivers and then fails with the standard retrying to get DHCP address problem. I know this is a NIC driver issue, but my problem is I am adding the NIC driver to the boot disk creator for my pxe image and whilst the wizard says it is adding the driver and refresh to see the nic in the list, a refresh shows the driver count as the same and obviously the nic is not listed. I am unable to install the driver into the image.
If I run the same job back on the old SP1 environment against the same server it works perfectly, and there are less drivers in the base image on SP1 than SP3. Is there some driver conflict happening here. I have the checked the list of drivers and am unable to see an entry for bxnd52x.sys in the list at all, so I can't see what would be conflicting with installing this driver.
Any help would be gratefully received, starting to pull my hair out.
