  • 1.  Altiris 6.9 SP6 Not deploying image in WinPE 4.0

    Hey Everyone,

     

    I have an issue when trying to deploy/capture images, it goes through the process of authenticating and mapping the deployment share, and completes the startup process. However after that the next command popup that usually follows for the imaging process does not appear, and eventually the Dagent popup will eventually read "Unable to connect with Dagent for status updates".

    I am not sure what to do in order to be able to image again. Please help!

    Try doing a dummy "dir" command in WinPE 4.0 and see if that command shows as run successfully in the console.
