Altiris 7.1 - PCT not capturing favorites

    Hi guys,

     

    We are having tons of isssues with the Personality tools and I am not sure if there are just tons of bugs, or I am doing something wrong.  I am able to capture a PCT(.exe) file and deploy it, but when the same users login on the remote system, it creates a new profile for them instead of using their old profile.  I have also browsed to their profile and not see it capturing their favtoris, even though we told it to do so.  Can anyone confirm that the PCT software actually works with 7.1?
