Altiris 7.1 Reports

We have installed the Symantec Altiris 7.1 Suite, we have recollected the inventory and we have imported all users from the Active Directory database and we have aready captured de invoices of all computers.

¿how we can create a relationship between the computer, user and invoice?

By invoices do you mean sw licenses, puechase orders, etc?

Yeah, I mean purchase invoices of equipment.
I have computers that have been detected on the other bills commented computers, but when I select any of the discovered computers does not show me the invoice information rightful and vice versa. No how to make both databases to be merged when selecting any records showing the information from both databases

So you have the smp db for client inventory and a different db for asset items, yes?

I understand we have only one SMBD, but different tables, the inventory records and the bills records are in differents tables. I cant get simultaniusly both records.

I take it that you have already set up the stockroom, supplier companies, and catalogs, and have entered the catalog items, yes?

I have already imported all the inventory: work stations and servers, All this information appears like this:

The first image is a filter (view) and you can see part of the inventory.

The second image is the view of the contracts we made to capture the invoices or bills of a part of computers.

The question is ¿What I can do for merge both reports and see in only one report, the computers, the user owner, the serial number, the bill number, location , etc. (customized view)

Filters and CI's are not reports, even though thry do display data.

Please go to the reports tab and review the service and asset reports, as there maybe some that provide contract & procurement data for your machines already.

Even if the reports only display most of the data you need, they can be cloned and modified to include the rest of the information, instead of creating a report from scratch.

Now I´m understanding this plataform. I´ve review the  Service and Asset Reports.  Here are information but there is not a column with the contract information (bill info). SK ¿How I can Insert Contract column in this report?

The first figure is the Asset repport.

The second and the third is the contract report.

This is going to make the report quite complex as all contract type will need to be included.

Have you ever used the Resource Association Diagram, as that will display the mapping between associated objects in graphical format?

Right-click a computer and choose CMDB Functions > Resource Association Diagram.

You can also choose Resource Association Grid.

I just checked the topics you suggest me but does not apply to me because I require
a report containing the computer association, invoice, location of the asset.
On the other hand, Do you know some link to learn Altiris Online?
