IT Management Suite

hi team, I got a problem and need your help:

I have a new setup of Windows 2008 std 64 bit VM server on Vmware ESX host. I downloaded the latest SIM 3 days ago , 14 June, version 7.1.x. I installed SQL 2008 express with advanced service. Then I remote desktop to server VM and start to install SIM 7.1 . I have no issue to access the URL of solutionsam for 6.0 page through IE and can access other web pages. first few steps all ok until I select the Client mangement suite and fill in my address/email information and start to download. I give me the error that Products were unable to be verified for download. I change to a single solution to install and got same error. I checked the articles on kb, seems to be time issue. I checked time zone, correct. I used domain administrator to login for install. I installed vmware tool and went to optin to check the button for Synchronise with host. But still same issue. I also configured the ESX via VI client to set the esx to use NTP server and start the service. I tried to restart the guest a few times for changes.In windows event log, I didn't see any error and warning for windows time or similar message.  Please advice where I should check. Or do I have to extract the CMS from another VM and install manually instead of downloading from symantec website?

Please use Windows Server 2008 R2 for installing the Altiris 7.1 ITMS/CMS.

Hardware and software requirment for Installing ITMS/CMS:

Supported Operating System:
Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit) or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64 bit)

Recommended Software Configuration :

- Microsoft .NET 3.5 (SP1 is supported)
- Microsoft Silverlight 3.0
- Windows Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0
- SQL Server 2005 SP1/SP2/SP3 or SQL Server 2008, R2 (64-bit)
- Windows Internet Explorer version 7.0 or 8.0 (32-bit only)

- JRE 6.0

Minimum hardware Configurations:
 

* Physical Server
- 2 or more Processor cores
- 4 GB RAM
- Disk Space 100-250mb

Please check if any logs generated.

C:\ProgramData\Symantec\SMP\Logs

Note: By default programdata is hidden 2008 server.
