IS there a way to make the agent probe faster for jobs?
a policy or script i can run
cause right now it check for tasks every 10 minutes
and i i have multible jobs there needs to run at startup, but the agent starts too slow to get it
if this even make sense?:-)

Instead of using tasks, configure a policy to run at user logon with all the tasks you need. That can be achieved creating a Managed Software Delivery policy.

the problem is that the agent starts too slow, so its not even seeing that the pc have had a logon process
Which version of ITMS are you running?
By default the Startup Type service of SMA is configured as Delayed Start in version 7.5 and later. I did not find any support.symantec.com article that described this setup, so I think in order to change that you either configure via GPO script or use a SMA policy to run a script that would change that.
