    Have you push it from Server or manually?

    Share the altiris client log for find the exact reason?

     AeX... logs in the %windir% or %windir%\system32, share it..

    Hi,

    Please provide more information without any logs we can't find any root cause

    Location of log files

    stop the window firewall and try again.
