Good Day All

I am Running NS7

I have picked this up on a systems or two. The agent was installed but the Software Management Agent would fail with the same error code. Tried uninstalling the full agaent and when reinstalling the agent i get this error.

The Systems is VM running 2003 SP2

Reboot the server (in SEP11, a Symantec product, 10005 is 'reboot required')
Log on directly through KVM or VMWare Console, not terminal session
Confirm you have administrator privileges
