    Seems like agent cannot connect to NS.

    Post to 'HTTPS://NS/Altiris/NS/Agent/CreateResource.aspx?nsversion=1' failed: HTTP status: 403. Invalid data received in HTTP response. Expected 1233 bytes, received 0 (0x8007000D)

    Please ensure agent could ping the NS by NS name used in the post request, please ensure sertificate on agent is valid.

    Please attach installation log which is located in "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Agent\InstallLogs" on client PC.

    According to logs, you have higher/same version of Symantec Management Agent installed on this client PC

    2016-06-06 04:24:29  INFO CoreUtil: Installed agent version: 7.5.1674.11
    2016-06-06 04:24:29  INFO CoreUtil: New agent version: 7.5.1674.11
    2016-06-06 04:24:29 *ERRR CoreUtil: Installed agent is newer.  Install aborted

    Try to manually uninstall "Symantec Management Agent" on this client PC using command line

    "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXNSAgent.exe" /uninstall

    and recheck same push install.

    I uninstalled  "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXNSAgent.exe" /uninstall from machine

    Initiated SMA from NSconsole.  Attached the logs and screenshot

    Alex Bizjajev has already mentioned above that there is a problem with communication between Agent and Notification Server.

    • Check that you have correct NS URL in Altiris Agent. If it is not correct, then enable Diagnostics for Altiris Agent via command line on client PC and specify there correct NS URL.

    "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\AeXAgentUtil.exe" /diags

    • Check that you can ping NS machine by Hostname, FQDN.
    • Try to open SMP Console URL on client PC. Success or unable to load SMP Console URL? Any error in I.E?
    • Check "Agent Registration Status" report on NS machine. This client PC is properly registered?

    • Check that you can ping NS machine by Hostname, FQDN.  - Yes able to Ping the NS name from client machine also tried FQDN
    • Try to open SMP Console URL on client PC. Success or unable to load SMP Console URL? Any error in I.E? - Yes able to open the NS console from client machine.
    • Check "Agent Registration Status" report on NS machine. This client PC is properly registered? - No i checked in report, machine name not showing
