What can be done if Altiris agent is not reporting to NS? If we are deploying patches to ICs and the Altiris agent on some IC is not reporting, will that IC get patches??

Symantec Management Agent is not reporting to NS mostly when there is no connection between Client and NS Server. To verify connectivity You can check Symantec Management Agent log on cient for corresponding errors.
