Client Management Suite

Hi there,

The altiris agent install has never given me an issue.

but now when i reinstalled the altiris agent on a windows 2003 server, when i try to open it, I  get an error "Error activating agent session 0: Class not registered (-2147221164)"

I found article TECH27562 and edited and ran the reg entry, but it did not work.

I'm stumped

Is the server fully patched?

The server is fully patched yes...

I checked the articles, and the component services seemed to be working ok.

I registered the client but still nothing.

The thing that bothers me is that if you look in "services" the altiris agent services is not there, but all the files are under the "altiris agent" folder.
