  • 1.  altiris agents installation issue

    Hello,

    I am installing  altiris agents on clients system but not able to install on only two system, getting runtime error in installation? what is the problem?

    Hi,

    I think this error is occur because there is already altiris agent file and registry available on those system,

    Please check it and remove the same and  then try to install the again.

    Hi,

    Are you trying to install altiris agent from web console?

    Capture logs  through Altiris Log viewer from of NS Server and attach log file.
