Altiris Client Service not responding or missing ???? I need help

Does anyone know why the Altiris Client Service stops running on some of my computers. We have enough licenses to support our network. I have several pcs that dont show being turned on. When i connect to the pc and goto windows explorer / program files / altiris / aclient and then have to relaunch the aclient.exe
I have upgraded all computers to version 6.9.366 x86
I would appreciate anyones input

It happens all the time to us too
Same here. I usually use the sc command to restart the Aclient service remotely.
sc \\remote_computer query aclient - to see if the Aclient service is started or stopped on the remote computer.
sc \\remote_computer stop aclient - stops the Aclient service on the remote computer.
sc \\remote_computer start aclient - starts the aclient service on the remote computer.

we are gonna call altiris to find out the fix. I will keep you posted

Did you ever get a response on this? We are having the same issue at startup where the service has to be manually started to respond. Any help is much appreciated.
