    Hi Friends,

     

    My Altiris agent showing PCAnyware waiting to connect TCP/Host Services. Please find the attached error screen shot.

    This is not a problem,

    It's means Your Host service are running and waiting for remote to connect from another PC/device.

    If you want to hide the icon you need to go to your pcanywhere settings - Windows policy go to security tab and check hide host tray icon.  Save and enable the policy after making sure it target the right computers.  Note that the icon will appear on pcanywhere install and will disappear once the policy get refreshed.
