HI,
The OOB solution have 2 level of the prerequisites check;
First level is that “Potential” filter, it checks the base requirements (Let’s say the Operating system), if client not appears in that filter, then the installation of OOB site server is blocked as it can’t be assumed that the correct operating system is there.
The second level is that “Prerequisites check task” -> it mostly checks the configuration of potential server, to suggest what type of provisioning of clients can be done with that OOB Site Server (base\ TLS secure \ Mutual secure \zero touch …)
So the main problem in this case is that the client not passed the “base” check and NS unable to determinate what OS is there.
As mentioned above when the problem with filter will be resolved then the “Grey Out” problem should be resolved.
The other question is that why the “bimini” not appears in the filter.
Can you check and add screenshot from “AeX AC Identification” dataclass from resource explorer -> inventory ->Basic Inventory for this server?
Thanks
