    Hi, when sending email from automation policy, I found the variable %!cc_email!% and where can I change its value?

    Manage > Jobs and Tasks

    Expand Jobs and Tasks and then right-click 'Send E-mail' and choose Clone

    Provide a name for the clone and then click OK

    It is highlighted for editing.  Enter a new e-mail in the CC or BCC field.

    (Alternatively, you can edit the default Send E-mail task.  But generally the recommendation is to clone when making modifications rather than modify product defaults.  Much safer.)
