Check this KB:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH13564

If this doesn't resolve the issue, I recommend running a repair on the Symantec Management Platform.

is it from the server? Since it references 'localhost', I would assume so, but it doesn't hurt to ask. What led up to this error? Did you do any updates?

Can you shoot us a screenshot of your IIS config?

Do you have current log data?  That appears to be from 5 days ago.  What kind of Errors or Warnings are showing up on your SMP server now?

it sounds like your upgrade did something bad. Do you have a backup of the database to revert to?

especially for client task manager, then you'll need to do a repair of the SMP.

Hello,

I had the same situation and my remote site server was giving exact same error messages.

That remote site server was somehow missing whole inetpub\wwwroot folder structure

(in my case it was C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727)

I just copied it over from main site server, restarted iis and all started to work normally
