Altiris - Customer Service Surveys.

I work at company with many support teams. My Altiris Admin. is telling me if I ask for the canned customer service survey to be sent every 25th incident - when my team closes an incident it will go out for all teams when they close an incident. I know in Remedy I could send a customer survey for each team. I'm sure I can do the same with Altiris.

How can I send a customer survey for a specific team?

Clone the out-of-the-box

Clone the out-of-the-box Notify Rule called "Send satisfaction survey".
Edit it to add a condition (the default condition must remain) for just the team that you are interested in - if you identify that team using the Owned by field, or the Assigned to field, check for the desired team's value in the Notify Rule conditions.
Make the rule active.

The survey will go to the Contact for the incident.  If you want to test it for a while, you can have the survey go to yourself for a short period of time, and then switch it back to the Contact when you're ready.
