In Altiris, deleted inventory does not show up in "Operating System" Report after re-sending basic inventory from client

In Altiris, deleted inventory does not show up in "Computer Summary" Report (Located at "discovery and inventory" > "inventory" > "cross-platform" > "operating system" > "computer summary" ) after re-sending basic inventory from client.

Here is what i have done.

  • find the computer listed on Computer Summary Report
  • Delete the computer from "Managed" > "Computers"
  • find the computer has removed from the report
  • Force sending basic inventory from thr deleted computer and it shows up in "Managed" > "Computer"
  • Force running NS.Daily from Schedule Task
  • Still cannot find the computer in the Computer Summary Report

How can i add the computer back to the Computer Summary Report?

Please help.

Just Basic Inventory isn't enough to show computers in that report - a full inventory (hardware and software) needs to run before results show up.
