Altiris Dell Warranty report not pulling info

We are having toruble with the built-in Altiris Console Reports.

We are trying to pull a Dell Report, Warranty.

The report runs successfully, but when you look at the "Last Updated" column it shows 11/24/2010.

How can we get it to pull from more current date.

We use the Altiris Patch Management from the same console and have no issues finding the servers and it runs smooth, but this report is just not pulling from the most current information.

Just for clarification we are using Dell Management Console Symantec NS version 7.0.7416.

The report is under Reports -> Dell Reports -> Dell Warranty.
