I just find it more expedient to due it via the built in policies. Plus you get reports. I'll have to search around for a script.

Other ways. You can run aexagentutil /uninstallagents followed by aexagentutil /remove. Then you would have to do a rmdir (remove directory) forcing it to kill the open process of aexagentutil.
