Altiris Inventory Agent upgrade problem

    When I open Settings--> Agents/Plug-ins--> Windows--> Inventory Plub for windows upgrade still show I have 696 machines need to upgrade, on my schedule I have start 01: 00 repeat daily, but this count still the same neve goes down, sometime even goes up.

    So I find some of machine --> Resource Summeries, last inventory received was not current date, some of machine on their local machine services that Symantec Management agent was not start.

    Question? I found out some time my machine Symantec Managent agent was stop, so I have to manually start myself.

    Need help for this? anyone have any idea how to solve this problem most of my user they still run old version of Algiris inventory agent 7.0.1218. the latest one is 7.0.1295.
