  • 1.  Altiris Inventory Last Configuration Request

    What is the default length of time that the last configuration request field stays populated. I have a number of machines that have a null value and need to increase the history. Also need to know where to increase that setting. thanks

    Hmm... The last configuration request value doesn't have a "timeout" per se... Are you sure your clients are actively checking into the NS server?

    How many clients with Altiris Agent do you have? How frequently occur the request configuration?

    Look at the NS console -. Configuration Tab ->Altiris Agent Configuration -> Altiris agent settings. Under

    Agent Basic Settings, look for Request new configuration information every: .
     
    Change the value according to your needs.
