Altiris Inventory Solution Software -- Errors

During migrations from our old corporate forest to a new forest, and upgrade from Altiris NS 6.5 to SMP/CMS 7.1, many systems are experiencing errors with the AeXAuditPls.exe program. I would guess we're seeing somewhere near a 15% error rate. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the SMP 7.1 NS agent with limited success. The issues seem to be most pervasive on Windows XP systems.
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue in your environments? Below is a screenshot of the routine errors we are seeing every day on some systems.

Do you use Software Virtualisation Solution?
Are the failures consistent? You can create a Task to run inventory so you can see if it consistently fails on the same PCs.
You can then create a Task to run Inventory with verbose logging turned on, (Advanced > Run Options).

No, we do not use virtualization, however in our old environment we did. Is it possible that the old Virtualization agent may be interfering with the new SMP/CMS 7.1 Agent?

Oh yes! By looking at the verbose log as inventory ran I could see that svslib.dll was being scanned exactly as the crash occurred. I created a Policy to uninstall the SVS agent applied to a filter containing all PC with the agent installed.
It's a known issue when I logged the call.
