  • 1.  Altiris network discovery CDP Cisco

    Is there a way to discover CDP enabled devices on the network. We use NS 6.x to discover and inventory switches and for some reason none of the Access Points are found.

    I tried all those and messed with device classifications, even added the CDP at port 199. So far it does not seem like the Access Points (1200 and 35 series). can be inventoried through Altiris or any other conventinal network scan methods?
