I am adding asset tags to our equipment some of which is already registered within Altiris minus some information and the tag. I am attempting to merge by resource name alone however even with upload verification turned on, even when I approve the uploads I am still ending up with duplicate assets. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Also, anyone have best practice for tagging Active (already registered in Altiris via agent) equipment as a part of an initiative to begin tracking all of our equipment?
