Hoping someone can help here.
I have 6 Notification Servers (Version 6.0.6074 SP3 + R8) each managing 250 unconstrained package servers. Each package server distributes its packages to on average 5 devices. As of last week we have found that devices that fall under the hierarchy of a particular NS do not receive the full set of packages or if they do they do not proceed and install. There has been no change to any of the notification servers and the packages are still there. The package servers have the full list of packages and are set to unconstrained and reporting from the Ns shows that software delivery took place only a week before.
I have run a diagnostic tool to check if the snapshots are out of sync but this returned no issues.
Has anyone experienced this issue before, know a resolution or could provide any starting points for investigation?
