Can we able to run a package using local administrator previlages? I have tried in many options, it won't help.

For most jobs/tasks, you're going to find this by going to Advanced and then running as a specific user.  Are you saying you know where to enter this but it doesn't behave as you expect, or you're not even sure where to specify a specific account with local administrator rights?  If you're not sure where to find it, what type of task are you working with?

Yes. I knew that where to specifc user account to run a particular package,however it doesn't behave as my expectation.

Note: The user id which i mentioned having domain admin

If you are using a domain admin, that's about as high as you can get for privileges.  If you've specified it here, these are the credentials it's using to execute the task.  What task are you running, and in what way is it not performing how you'd expect?

I am trying to run a package using specific credential's not a task. I have mentioned the details in the packages during upload and when i deploy the package in a system, it doesn't run at all(Not remember error code)

So you're using a Distribute Software task, and you click Advanced.., and then you specify the username and password,  but it isn't successful?  Are you using the format domain\username for username?

Yes. I am using Distribute software task. But, i have specified the username and password while creating install & uninstall program, there is an entry which is called "Run with rights" where we can mention the details like domain\username and password.

So this isn't in Altiris, this is within the software application's packaging utility?
