Hello,
after the holidays, I installed MR3 on my CMS 7.0 SP2. I ended with Altiris Patch Management Solution for Windows SP2 MR3.
Since that update, when I patch a client, after a while, the "Software Update" tab is blanked and becomes empty.
No more Installed by user, Installed, and so on. I know that the patches have been installed. It looks like the policies are no longer applied to my clients.
It was not like that before. Is it because of new behavior of the product or a setting that has changed in the update process or anything else I have no clue yet.
I could not find any "known Issues" document related to that or even related to MR3.
Please help.
